The Inaugural Insurance Walk – a partnership between UIA, ITC & IBAU took place on 6th April, 2023. With an aim of urging the public to embrace insurance, the Walk was themed: “A worry-free life awaits you with insurance”.

While flagging off the walk, UIA CEO – Jonan Kisakye spoke to the media. “The way people live their lives makes them face a lot of challenges. We are launching the Inaugural Insurance Walk as an initiative for a healthier lifestyle. We also encourage our members to live a healthy life.” he said. 

The starting point of the walk was the UIA Offices in Kololo traversed through areas like Yusuf Lule Road, Wampewo Avenue, Kololo Airstrip, and back to UIA Offices.
