Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority (URBRA) Regulations

 

The Association was represented at a stakeholders’ workshop on the new Regulations for the Uganda Benefits Regulatory Authority for licensing of Retirement Benefits Schemes, Trustees, Administrators, Custodians and Fund managers. A key requirement of the regulations includes a requirement to register all legal documents such as trust deeds.
